When and where do I get my Room ID and Password?
Room credentials are automatically pushed to your ClutchX11 app screen 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. You will also receive an instant system notification.
How does the native match alarm work?
When you register for an upcoming contest, ClutchX11 syncs with your Android Clock app to trigger a real alarm 15 minutes before the match start time so you never miss joining the lobby.
What happens if a match is cancelled?
If a match is cancelled by administrators for any reason, 100% of entry coins are automatically reverted back to your ClutchX11 wallet balance immediately.
Can I play on an emulator or PC?
No. ClutchX11 is strictly a mobile esports platform. Playing on an emulator, PC, or using tablet macros is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate device ban.
