TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the ClutchX11 mobile application, or entering any tournament hosted on ClutchX11 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Fair Play Rules. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the platform.

2. Eligibility & Skill-Based Gaming

All tournaments conducted on ClutchX11 are games of pure skill as recognized under Indian law. Success in our contests depends primarily on the user’s gaming knowledge, reflexes, strategy, hand-eye coordination, and tactical prowess in competitive battle royale titles.

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or possess explicit consent from a legal guardian) to register and participate.
• Users residing in states or jurisdictions where participation in skill contests with prize entries is restricted (such as Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana) must not enter paid fee contests.
• Each individual is permitted only one registered account. Multi-accounting, bot-registration, or account selling is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security & Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and device authentication. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date profile details, including your valid in-game name (IGN) and character UID. Impersonating other players or providing misleading information will lead to immediate account suspension.

4. Anti-Cheat & Code of Conduct

ClutchX11 enforces an uncompromised zero-tolerance policy against unfair advantages:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using emulators, third-party macros, auto-clickers, or aim-assist tools will result in permanent hardware ban and forfeiture of all platform balances.
• Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or defamatory conduct in in-app support chats will result in immediate termination of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

ClutchX11 provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any personal internet connection drops, device battery failure, third-party game server downtime (BGMI or Free Fire server latency), or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
